Orders & Payment

- We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased, and to refuse any order
- Orders can be placed through checkout on our website or via Instagram DM
- Payment is due in full at the time of ordering
- Sizes, colors, and embroidery details may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our pieces
Shipping
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and on our Shipping & Returns page. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing for international orders.
Returns & Exchanges
Our return and exchange policy is detailed on our Shipping & Returns page. Made-to-order, custom bridal, and sale items are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Product Descriptions
We do our best to display our products, including colors and embroidery detail, as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee your device's display will accurately reflect the true color and detail of the product. Small variations are part of the handcrafted nature of each piece.
